Whether or not you are preparing your meals for a week or for a day, It really must be done in order to avoid the almost inevitable random eating most people do in the day.
I now that preparing food can be tedious and it is the last thing you feel like doing after a long hard day at work, but come on.. we owe it to ourselves to be good to our bodies and take a little pride in our health. After all, most people are beat after work because they have eaten so badly throughout the day ( or not eaten ), that their body is either trying to survive in Starvation mode, or just trying to fight off all the gunk we all put inside ourselves all day.
If you can’t make food for the next day lunch and snacks, make double portions of dinner, even triple potions so that you already have it ready when you get home. It won’t be off as its only one day in the fridge. Cooking double the amount takes the same amount of time, so this shouldn’t be difficult.

REMEMBER, your body can only take care of you, if you look after your body. Eating plans are not diets, they are eating habits that you can sustain and must be practical.
