New Bikini Body Program Coming Soon

City Bowl Fitness – Strength and Conditioning is very proud to be bringing yet another results driven program to the market.  The program will be available as an online program which will include daily training tutorials and videos, as well as an additional program taken by Nicholas Caracandas ( featured ), every morning at 7am at the City Bowl Fitness facility. *This is a female only program.

The program is 5 days a week, 30 minutes a day and includes online / 1 on 1 support, nutrition plans, recipes, and best of all Nicholas’ 7 years experience working with athletes, non athletes, housewives, corporates and all kinds of specific goal orientated people.

“Throughout my industry experience, the more I interviewed my clients, it became apparent that many of them were aspiring for a specific yet common look. What they really wanted was the confidence and positive physical change that came as a result of a healthy lifestyle.

I found that some trainers in this industry do not properly understand or listen to their client’s goals, and are therefore not able to advise them in a fashion that will help attain their client’s desired appearance or outcome.
